Dear Paulaner Festzelt Guests,
We are pleased that you would like to share in the pure Wiesn-sensation with Paulaner Festzelt. Please note that reservations can only be processed through our online tool. Enquiries via email, post, telephone or alternative email addresses will not be considered!

Oktoberfest 2024 will be from Sat. 21 September until Sun. 06 October 2024.

You have the option to choose up to three days, tables and reservation areas. Reservations are only possibly by a table of 10 people and by each 10 guests, thereafter.

Reservations can only be procured through our website. Reservation requests via telephone, post, email or personally on site will not be processed. Already sent requests will not be observed. There is no waiting list for fully booked days that you have requested.

Valued Goods

The beer token and food voucher prices will be released after we have acquired all official authorisations from the city of Munich – however, not before mid-June.

One purchases the beer tokens from us WITHOUT the service charge. The service charge can only be given directly to the waiter / waitress in the tent. A service charge is NOT a tip. Tips can be given seperately.

Valued Goods (Beer Tokens & Food Vouchers) are valid for the Oktoberfest time span (21 September – 6 October 2024), not only on the day you have reserved. (Time span is printed on the food voucher).

Minimum Cost

Reservations are only available for 10 people or for each 10 guests.

Reservations in Paulaner Festzelt are bound by a minimum consumption cost. Our prices are calculated by person, reservation area and reservation time, including a processing fee and shipping cost (Status 2024). Reservation Validity

The reservation is binding after we have acquired all official authorisations from the city of Munich and one has purchased valued goods. Our terms and conditions apply.

Admission

Entrance wrist band

Wear your entrance band on your wrist upon entry, so that security can see you have a reservation. Admission during the reservation change (4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) can only be guaranteed with a valid entrance band. Forgotton, lost or already distributed entrance bands will not be replaced.

Entrance if tent is over-filled

Please take special note that if you leave the tent during the reservation time (even just for a short visit to the beer garden), we cannot guarantee re-entry if the tent is over-filled.
There is no smoking in the tent according to referendum 54/10. If the tent is over-filled, we cannot guarantee re-entry for smokers.

Reserved Seating

We reserve the right to change a reservation area at our own discretion. Your table number will be provided in the tent at your reserved section (= Box). There are no reservation postings in the tent. Please inform your guests in which Box number / name your table is located prior to your Oktoberfest visit. A reservation label will be on your table with your reservation name.

All reserved seats must be occupied at the start of the reservation time. If not occupied within 30 minutes after the start of the reservation, the reservation is void and the seats will be occupied by other guests. If you do not come with your complete party to your reservation, you may not demand more space than the number of people with you. We reserve the right to occupy the open seats after 30 minutes.

We would like to inform you that there are only your ordered seats available for your reservation. Additional standing room in your reservation section are not permitted due to fire protection requirements.

We reserve the right to revoke reservations that have been sold onto third parties without legal consent.

Reservation times are subject to official regulations. Time restricted reservations must be vacated at the end of the reserved time. Lingering in the aisles after your reservation is prohibited due to safety regulations.
Children under six years old – even in the company of their parents – may not be in the tent after 8:00p.m. After 8:00p.m. children under the age of 16 years old may only be in the tent accompanied by a legal guardian. Any young adults from 16 years old and upwards may be served beer (identifcation approval by waiter / waitress).

Shipping / Payment Options / Invoice

Shipping

After receipt of payment, your insured shipment (entrance bands, beer tokens and food vouchers – NO shipping goods for menu orders) will be sent. Please take note that only you or your specified person can accept the package personally. You can find the costs under this link.

Payment Options

Our fees are based on person(s), seating and reservation time. Reservations can be made by table or for each 10 guests. The beer tokens and food vouchers for your reservation must be immediately purchased from Paulaner Festzelt. Your invoice will be sent as soon as we have acquired all official authorisations from the city of Munich (presumbly by mid-June).

Guests transferring fees from outside of Germany are subject to a 15.00 € transaction fee. Immediately payable by indicating invoice and customer number in a bank transfer. If we should not receive the payment within 5 working days, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and your places will automatically be available for sales to other parties.

Cash payments, credit card payments or partial payments are NOT possible!

Cancellation

The purchaser of the reservation can cancel completely or partially (number of guests by each 10 guests) in a written statement. Reservation cancellations will only be accepted until 30 June 2024 without a fee (Full refund upon return of received entrance bands, beer tokens and food vouchers).

Reservation cancellations after 30 June 2024 are subject to the following cancellation fees (including reservations made after 30 June 2024): From 1 Juli 2024 until 31 August 2024 : 25% of the value of the returned beer tokens and food vouchers. After 1 September 2024: no returns or refunds on purchased goods possible.

A refund for remaining or unused beer tokens and food vouchers is not possible.
Beer tokens and food vouchers from Paulaner Festzelt are only valid for the printed time frame on the food vouchers.
There is no possibility of receiving credit for next year, a credit note or gift certificate for remaining or unused beer tokens and vouchers.

During Oktoberfest

During Oktoberfest (Sat. 21 September – Sun 6. October 2024) you have the opportunity to purchase additional beer tokens and food vouchers in the tent. Our Paulaner Festzelt Accounting Office is located upon entry at the main entrance on the right side after our Hausbox.

Accounting-Office:

Monday until Friday from:	10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday:	09:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Only cash and debit card (pin number required) transactions are permitted during the pre-sales in the tent! Credit card and checks will NOT be accepted!

After Oktoberfest

Beer tokens and / or food vouchers are only valid for the Oktoberfest year that is printed on the valued goods.

Out of goodwill and without acknowledging any legal obligation, remaining beer tokens and food vouchers can get refunded at our office opening times (only on site).

After expiry of the deadline, claims arising from the tokens are statutebarred.
Beer tokens and food vouchers from Paulaner Brewery are not accepted. Please see our terms and conditions.

Offer your guests a culinary Oktoberfest visit in Paulaner Festzelt. We guarantee a unique Oktoberfest visit with our exclusive Wiesn-Menu! The special Wiesn-Menus are only offered per table.

Our Reccomendation: For Groups of 30 or more guests, we suggest ordering the same menu. This guarantees that your group can eat together

Afternoon-Wiesn for Companies

Would you like to enjoy the Oktoberfest with your clientel, business partners and/or employees? Come to our quieter, more traditional Bavarian Afternoon-Wiesn (Mo. - Fr. 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., bank holidays exempt)!

The location is in close proximity to the historical Oktoberfest area or the agriculture trade fair "ZLF - Zentral-Landwirtschaftsfest“. Enjoy a relaxed, comfortable and quaint atmosphere in the afternoon with cheery music from our traditional Bavarian Wiesn-Band. The west balcony of the Paulaner Festzelt with a brilliant overhead view of our tent is a perfect place for business get-togethers.
